Kids and Teenagers

A stitch in time saves nine
Kids are fun to work with because they're already imaginative and open to suggestion. No formal induction needed! My work with kids looks like a lot of storytelling and play.  As with my sessions with adults, I also include techniques to work with at home.

Many problems that kids experience are just unhelpful trances, unhelpful associations, or unhelpful ways of focusing. So it is on-point to show them and teach them how to create a more helpful response.

Some of the things I've helped kids with:

Anxiety
Phobias
Bedwetting
Social conflicts at school
Picky eating
